Because Fleurs en Vrac MTL is primarily an online business, we accept all major credit cards as well as Interac e-Transfer. Cash payment may also be possible by prior arrangement, but it must be organized and paid in advance.
Flowers are a natural product, and when buying in bulk we recommend allowing for a small amount of natural loss, blemishing or breakage—typically about 5% and occasionally up to 10%. We quality-check flowers before packing. If damage beyond that is caused during transport or is clearly related to product quality, contact us promptly and send photos so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate refund or solution. Damage caused after pickup or delivery by improper handling is not refundable.
Yes. We deliver directly with our own vehicles throughout Montreal, Laval, the South Shore and surrounding local areas. For destinations farther away, shipping may also be possible within Canada using a carrier such as Purolator or FedEx. Please contact us in advance so we can confirm whether your location and event timing can be accommodated. Carrier shipments outside the Montreal area require a one- to two-day delivery window rather than a specific delivery day or time.
Fleurs en Vrac MTL is primarily a DIY bulk-flower service, so on-site setup, flower hydration and event installation are not normally part of our service. We can deliver the flowers and offer certain preparation services before pickup or delivery. If you are looking for full-service floral design or on-site installation, contact us and we can discuss whether our florist, Le Bouquet St-Laurent, is a better fit for your event.
